Kadabra - XP Pen Collaboration

As part of a collaboration with XP-PEN to test their new Artist Pro 27 Gen 2 tablet, I created this 3D interpretation of Kadabra from Pokemon, based on a concept by Nehaal Gonsalves.

My goal was to stay faithful to the spirit of the original design while bringing my personal touch into the final result, translating its stylized 2D appeal into a fully realized 3D character.

As usual, I handled the entire process myself, from sculpting to texturing, all the way through lighting and final rendering. It is always a rewarding challenge to bring such a strong 2D concept to life in 3D, especially when balancing accuracy and artistic interpretation.

The Artist Pro 27 Gen 2 features a large 27-inch 4K display with high color accuracy and a smooth drawing experience, making it particularly well-suited for detailed sculpting and texturing work.
